Which machine fits my factory?
Choose by material thickness and output: X1 and X20 for entry and interior systems, X30i for residential panel plants, X50i for mixed order books, X80i for high-volume multi-profile production, X100i for heavy gauge up to 20 stories, and X88 Infinity to 9 gauge (4.0 mm).
What output can we expect?
Wall frames run 500–900 m/h across the range, roof trusses 300–500 m/h and floor joists up to 1,700 m/h — with a maximum line speed of 2,100 m/h on the X80i.
How many people does a line need?
One operator or line supervisor per line, plus two to four downstream assemblers depending on output.
What does commissioning look like?
